In conjunction with Mother London's latest campaign, Tonight is sleep – under IKEA’s ‘The Wonderful Everyday’ platform. IKEA are encouraging people to value their sleeping life as much as their waking life, and helping the nation to sleep better and for longer. Partnering with Dr. Guy Meadows, co-founder of The Sleep School, IKEA have been training their employees in the science of sleep, launched the ‘IKEA Sleep Hub’, and are running workshops and events in-store to help the 63% of people who feel unhappy with the amount of sleep they get, get some proper kip.
